Salesforce Architect (ETM, Sales Planning, Crediting) | 6-Month Contract
CloudGofer Inc is seeking a Salesforce Architect to redesign and stabilize Enterprise Territory Management (ETM) in a complex Salesforce organization. The role focuses on simplifying Salesforce, improving adoption and UI/UX, and aligning various sales processes across Salesforce and adjacent systems.

Responsibilities
Architect ETM target state: territory hierarchy, account assignment, overlays, exceptions, and realignment cadence
Define governance: change controls, effective dating, auditability, and operating rhythm for territory updates
Align ETM with security and access: role hierarchy, sharing, Account/Opportunity Teams, forecasting visibility, and reporting
Enable sales planning: territory design outputs, quota rollups, planning exports, and reconciliation controls
Design opportunity splits and sales credit patterns: capture, validation, governance, and downstream reporting/integration
Simplify Salesforce and drive adoption: streamline Lightning UX, reduce fields/validation burden, standardize workflows, define adoption KPIs and a feedback loop
Integrate with other sales systems: define handoffs, error handling, monitoring, and data integrity for territory, quota, and crediting data flows
Lead workshops and present options and recommendations to leadership; deliver a prioritized roadmap/backlog
Qualification
Required
8+ years Salesforce experience; 3+ years as an enterprise Architect
Deep expertise in ETM and Salesforce security/visibility
Hands-on experience with sales planning (territory and quota) and crediting concepts (opportunity splits, sales credit)
Proven success simplifying a brownfield org with multiple integrations
Strong stakeholder management and executive presentation skills
