Lead all technical aspects of Sunday worship (audio, lighting, video, livestream)
Coach, train, and develop volunteer production teams
Partner with the Worship & Creative Arts Pastor on service execution and technical projects
Maintain and improve production systems and workflows
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with live production in a worship or live-event environment
Ability to lead volunteers with clarity, humility, and grace
Proficiency in AVL systems and troubleshooting
Alignment with Chapel Rock's mission and Christian values
