Responsibilities
Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to source and attract qualified candidates
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' fit for the role
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process
Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role
Knowledge of different recruiting tools and platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Experience recruiting in multiple geographies
Certification in recruitment or human resources
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
