Responsibilities
Accurately process employee paychecks through Paychex, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
Assist with AP and AR tasks, including invoice processing, payment reconciliation, and collections follow-ups
Review and reconcile company credit card statements, ensuring all transactions are accounted for and coded correctly
Maintain accurate financial records, assist with financial reporting, and support audits as needed
Perform other accounting-related tasks and administrative duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of experience in payroll and/or accounting
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation processes
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial records
Reliable attendance and ability to maintain confidentiality
Schedule flexibility to accommodate payroll processing and address urgent issues if needed
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software
Preferred
Experience with Paychex or similar payroll processing software
