Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design of our AI marketing agent platform, from complex workflow systems to intuitive conversational interfaces
Shape the product vision and establish design systems that scale as we grow from 0 to 1 and beyond
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and AI research teams to ship features that balance technical sophistication with elegant simplicity
Conduct user research with our US-based customers to deeply understand marketer pain points and validate design decisions
Define and evolve our visual language, ensuring world-class aesthetics that resonate with global enterprise users
Qualification
Required

Seasoned in complexity. You've designed for large-scale, intricate products—ideally B2B SaaS platforms with sophisticated user workflows. You know how to make the complex feel simple
Globally minded. You have hands-on experience building products for international markets, especially the US. You understand cultural nuances in design and can create experiences that feel native to American users
Zero-to-one veteran. You've been through the early-stage journey before. You thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and know how to prioritize ruthlessly while maintaining high craft standards
AI-native thinker. You don't just use AI tools—you understand how large language models, agents, and autonomous systems work. You can anticipate AI's capabilities and limitations, and design interfaces that build user trust in intelligent systems
Startup at heart. You're excited about joining a small, ambitious team where you'll have massive ownership and direct impact. You're energized by the challenge of building something from scratch
Preferred
Experience designing AI/ML-powered products or automation tools
Background in marketing technology, CRM, or adjacent spaces
Familiarity with designing for both technical and non-technical users
