Summer 2026 Intern - Customer Success
Workiva is a company that supports employees in working where they work best, and they are seeking a Customer Success Intern. The intern will support the Customer Success team by providing excellent service, document setup, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure accurate customer documentation.

Responsibilities
Create and implement customer documents using industry-leading software
Collaborate with internal, cross-functional teams including Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance
Apply XBRL tagging information to financial statements and statement footnotes
Tie-out XBRL tagging information within financial statements and statement footnotes to ensure accuracy prior to filing deadline
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in Business, Accounting, or a related program
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills demonstrated through leadership positions in community, school, or other programs
Professional, outgoing, energetic personality with excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Attention to detail and follow-through are required
Technically savvy and demonstrate a high level of competency using Excel, Word, Google Docs, etc
Experience using Excel, Word, Google Docs, and similar word processing programs
