Responsibilities
Lead financial planning engagements for clients with a net worth of $1-10M
Conduct thorough discovery conversations to identify client goals, values, and financial objectives
Develop, present, and review customized financial plans, incorporating retirement, tax, estate, investment, and risk management strategies
Collaborate closely with internal wealth advisors to support client relationship management and plan implementation
Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to wealth advisors on financial planning best practices and effective discovery techniques
Ensure all financial plans meet compliance and regulatory requirements and reflect the firm’s planning philosophy
Stay informed of industry trends, tax laws, and planning strategies to provide clients with cutting-edge advice
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 8 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong coaching and presentation abilities
Preferred
CFP® designation preferred
