Service Center Customer Service Representative
Doane University is seeking a Service Center Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer service and first-level technical support for the university community. The role involves assisting users with technology support and general information via phone, web, and in-person interactions.

Responsibilities
Answer the phone in a professional and courteous manner
Basic connection, printer, and computer troubleshooting/maintenance
Be willing to learn/try something new
Check email, create tickets with information, and route to the correct technical team
Interview customers in regards to their issue/request with directed questions
Politely respond to the customer’s problem and convey a resolution either by resolving it at first contact or escalating it to the next level of support
Provide end-user training and support where required
Unlock AD account/Reset AD password/Walk a customer through the steps
Use our Ticketing system, Google, and other Doane University software
Assist with mail services and printing requests
Attendance is required for the spring Student Leader Summit, April 26, 2026
Expected to attend ALL training sessions throughout the year
