They are seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with the Founders on strategic initiatives, operational execution, and business expansion, acting as a force multiplier across the organization.

Responsibilities
Partner with the founding team on strategic planning, market research, and expansion into new business lines
Manage high-priority projects from inception to completion across sales, operations, and product development
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment between different parts of the business
Conduct competitive analysis and due diligence on new market opportunities
Prepare materials for key client meetings, investor conversations, and strategic partnerships
Own special projects including new product launches, partnership negotiations, and operational improvements
Serve as a sounding board for strategic decisions and help prioritize initiatives
Step into critical gaps across the organization as needed—from closing deals to optimizing processes
Manage relationships with key stakeholders including enterprise clients and strategic partners
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive results with minimal oversight
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation
Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid context-switching
Ability to go deep on technical, operational, or market topics quickly
Self-starter who can operate autonomously and take initiative
Preferred
Experience in tech services, SaaS, or AI/ML industry is a plus
