Mid LevelOpen Road Brands LLC is seeking a Designer for their Creative Team, responsible for creating home décor collections featuring top entertainment brands. The role involves blending illustration and graphic design with analytical thinking to develop commercially successful designs while collaborating with retailers and licensed brand teams.

Responsibilities
Work under direction of the the Art Director to create product
Must work with brand visual assets from Licensed libraries
Work with a creative suite of AI digital tools (ie., Midjourney, Gemini, Nano Banana)
Will be required to assist in the design of packaging when required
Actively participate in brainstorm sessions, researching the market and develop concepts for consideration
Develop new lines of their own design and produce art artwork for development
Create artwork and specifications in concert with target pricing guidelines
Develop style-board creation specific to marketing and product plan needs
Qualification
Required
College degree preferred in art, design or related field or equivalent
Ability to work within a fast-paced product development process
Must possess excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task
Excellent and demonstrated proficiency in Photoshop /Illustrator and design related software programs required
