Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule events, meetings, and special programs
Serve as a point of contact for event clients, vendors, and guests
Provide excellent customer service to visitors and community partners
Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry
Support event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination as needed
Maintain calendars and assist with advance planning for evening and weekend events
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service and communication skills

Flexible availability for pre-scheduled evenings and weekends
