InternArddun Agency is seeking temporary showroom interns to join their New York AW26 Showroom for a short period in February 2026. The role offers an opportunity to gain insights into the wholesale industry while assisting with various showroom and administrative tasks.
Marketing & Advertising
Responsibilities
Assisting upload to digital online platform and creation of line sheets per brand
Monitoring sample shipments from each brand, return shipment at the end of selling season
Assisting with showroom set up for all brands
Ensuring the showroom is always kept tidy and presentable
Front of house responsibilities welcoming buyers to appointments
Assisting with model dressing and that looks are presented to the highest standard. Any other ad hoc analysis
Diary management for appointments
Help with deliveries and tracking shipments/ payments
Help send compile and send out all digital assets to all clients
Any adhoc duties needed by the team
Qualification
Required
Studying for a degree
Excellent PC skills, including MS office and Excel
High level of attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Be based in NY or accommodation available to them
A strong, proactive team player
Flexible and enthusiastic
Well organised with excellent attention to detail and works well under pressure
