Responsibilities

Lead the assessment, design, and optimization of end-to-end business processes (Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Plan-to-Deliver, Hire-to-Retire, etc.)
Leverage technology platforms (SAP preferred) to enable process standardization, automation, and performance improvements
Identify opportunities for simplification and digitization, ensuring solutions are scalable and sustainable
Utilize methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile to optimize workflows, reduce waste, and increase value delivery
Analyze current processes using data-driven approaches; benchmark best practices and develop actionable plans for continuous improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to assess pain points, map processes, and re-engineer business operations for efficiency and scalability
Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor and report on process performance, ensuring optimization efforts yield measurable results
Oversee large-scale technology-enabled transformation initiatives, from blueprint through execution
Establish and enforce project management standards, tools, guidelines, governance, and reporting across initiatives in the CDIO portfolio
Defines, manages and directs the needed end-to-end PMO work effort, leveraging best practices and techniques in identifying, quantifying and tracking the realization of expected benefits
Ensure project deliverables are on time, on budget, and aligned with business objectives
Manage vendor and partner relationships to support project delivery and capability build-out
Serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner to the CDIO, contributing to the formulation and execution of the organization’s digital strategy
Drive the development and management of the DTS organization’s annual strategic and capital plan, roadmaps, and transformation initiatives
Ensure alignment to the cross-departmental roadmaps, create a collective plan to manage dependencies
Coordinate executive communications, presentations, and strategic narratives for the CDIO and the broader DTS leadership team
Facilitate effective governance, risk management, performance tracking, and resource allocation processes in support of the CDIO’s priorities
Serve as a key advisor and strategic partner to the CDIO, providing visibility to critical initiatives, risks, and opportunities
Accountable for the consistency of our operating methodology and associated processes
Coordinate cross-functional alignment on strategic digital priorities – execute the DTS operating model
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Office of the CDIO, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and compliance with policies and standards
Manage special projects, executive priorities, and cross-functional task forces as directed by the CDIO
Coordinate annual budget planning and LE updates
Champion digital transformation efforts, ensuring business process optimization aligns with broader digital objectives and initiatives
Identify and implement emerging technologies and digital tools that drive automation, innovation, and improved user experiences
Foster a culture of digital literacy, agile thinking, and customer-centricity across the DTS team
Engage and influence key stakeholders, including segment and functional business leaders, and external partners, to drive process and technology adoption
Aligning with organizational change management (OCM) resources to lead efforts associated with new processes, systems, and ways of working
Assist OCM in the development and delivery of training, communications, and support materials to ease transitions and maximize ROI on optimization initiatives
Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing team of process analysts, project managers, and business operations professionals
Foster a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team
Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to develop both staff and leaders

Required

Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including responsibility for business process optimization and large-scale program/project management
Deep knowledge of enterprise business processes (end-to-end) and how they are enabled by technology platforms; SAP experience strongly preferred
Proven track record leading process re-engineering, ERP transformation, and digital enablement initiatives in a global matrixed environment
Strong project management skills (PMP, Agile, or similar certifications preferred)
Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP, ITIL, or equivalent are highly desirable
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and change leadership skills, with experience presenting to C-level executives
Ability to lead and influence across matrixed teams, geographies, and business units
Experience in a senior leadership role within a complex digital environment
Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technology trends and opportunities into actionable business strategies and outcomes
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across all levels of the organization
Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex technology portfolios, driving innovation, and delivering measurable business value
Experience working in a global environment, with the ability to navigate cultural differences and collaborate effectively with diverse teams across geographies
