Work from home (40%) and on-site with a schedule that respects your time
Stay below BACB recommendations so you can focus on quality, not numbers
Work alongside Speech, OT, and PT professionals in a true team setting
Mentorship from a Tenured Director, Program Specialists, and centralized admin/training teams
Participate in staff appreciation, community events, and mission trips
Qualification
Required
Active BCBA Certification and a genuine passion for changing lives through compassionate, evidence-based care
