The Manager of Content / Collaboration is responsible for the daily operations, maintenance, and customer support for SRP’s enterprise content and collaboration platforms and applications.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the enterprise content and collaboration platforms which includes 24 x 7 monitoring, incident and problem remediation within SLAs, and customer support
Develop and implement application patching and upgrade roadmaps to ensure reliability, security, and modern features to meet business needs
Develop and maintain expertise in content and collaboration applications through training, hands on experience, seminars, classes, and informal training
Responsible for continuation and completion of work in progress, and monitoring and establishing work priorities
Provide input to management on department budget formulation, as well as monitoring and analyzing expenditures for budgetary accuracy and efficiency
Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers, and stakeholders
Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external business partners in a cooperative and professional manner to improve business results

Required

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience required
In lieu of a degree, 11 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience totaling 11 years may be considered
A bachelor's degree relevant to the assignment from an accredited institution is preferred
Manage the day-to-day operations of the enterprise content and collaboration platforms which includes 24 x 7 monitoring, incident and problem remediation within SLAs, and customer support

All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Currently, SRP does not sponsor H1B visas, OPT, or other employment-related visa's
