Responsibilities
Sort and organize incoming mail, faxes, emails, and OneDrive files; distribute items to the appropriate teams
Index PDF documents into Global Search to maintain accurate, up-to-date records
Review participant contract information for accuracy and completeness
Prepare and send written correspondence to contract participants
Assign inbound correspondence to service representatives and track follow-up actions
Monitor response timelines to ensure timely resolution of cases
Maintain precise records within workflow systems and participant files
Review forms and submitted documents for compliance and completeness
Process routine non-financial account transactions
Provide clear explanations of processes and basic functional information to participants and internal colleagues
Answer inbound participant phone inquiries with professionalism and clarity
Assist with locating missing participants and investigating uncashed checks, including conducting obituary searches
Help employees locate tax forms and other required documentation
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment using VPN
Basic familiarity with ChatGPT and Microsoft productivity tools
Ability to pivot quickly and stay focused on repetitive tasks
Reliability, punctuality, and strong follow-through
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
No previous industry experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
