Responsibilities
Assist the Director of Security with daily operations of the security department including the scheduling and delegation of tasks for security personnel
Assist with the development of departmental policies and standards of operation to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, vendors, staff and surrounding areas
Develops training programs for security personnel that ensure policies are enforced and that supports growth and continual improvement of team members
Qualification
Required
Must have minimum of 3 years previous experience as a police officer, military police officer or security management
Lifting more than 25 pounds is unusual, but extensive walking and climbing stairs is not
May be required to stand or walk on a consistent basis during a work shift
