Responsibilities

Deliver EDI requests on time and with precision, meeting SLA standards for accuracy and timeliness
Build strong client relationships by communicating best practices, promoting data integrity, and balancing business needs effectively
Continuously evaluate and improve processes, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, and enhance customer satisfaction
Resolve discrepancies promptly, providing clear, accurate responses aligned with company policies and values
Collaborate across departments to develop solutions for recurring issues, engaging IT resources when necessary
Demonstrate expertise in file mapping and share technical knowledge to support team development
Apply strong analytical skills to identify root causes and implement effective resolutions
Conduct thorough testing of technology changes using UAT and enhanced tools to ensure successful implementation
Proactively monitor data and anticipate downstream impacts, mitigating risks before they occur
Partner with external vendors to streamline processes and meet testing timelines efficiently

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, related field or equivalent work experience
2+ years of hands-on experience in electronic data interchange (EDI)
Proven customer service experience with familiarity in the following products: Life/AD&D, Dental, Vision, Short and Long-Term Disability

Preferred

Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously while maintaining composure and attention to detail
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Employee Navigator or Ease a big plus
Familiarity with SQL coding for troubleshooting
Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills to address complex issues and develop innovative solutions
Demonstrated ability to make informed decisions in high-pressure situations, considering multiple perspectives
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving work environment while managing changing priorities and deadlines effectively
