Entry, Mid LevelRestek Corporation is seeking a Product Management Operations Specialist to support their Reference Standards product portfolio and drive excellence across the product lifecycle. The role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure effective product execution and addressing technical inquiries.

Responsibilities
Support the Reference Standards product portfolio by partnering with Product Management to enable execution across the full product lifecycle
Prepare and manage customer quotes and product data, including setup, maintenance, and lifecycle updates within CQD and ERP systems
Serve as a technical problem-solver, troubleshooting product issues and collaborating with R&D, Engineering, and Manufacturing to drive quality and process improvements
Analyze customer feedback, product data, and market trends to generate insights that inform product enhancements and competitive positioning
Support internal and external stakeholders by responding to Level 2 technical inquiries and enabling Technical Service and Sales teams
Document, improve, and train others on product-related processes, procedures, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a science or business-related field
Experience in a product-related role; background in chromatography or a laboratory environment is a strong plus
Strong customer focus with the ability to balance technical requirements and business priorities
Solid laboratory experience with the ability to support and manufacture complex reference standards, including multi-component solutions and gas mixtures is a plus
Proven problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
Effective communicator with strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate across Product Management, R&D, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Technical Service teams
Comfortable working with data, systems, and standard business tools (ERP, databases, spreadsheets, and documentation platforms)
