Responsibilities
You will have the opportunity to assist on researching best practices techniques in employee engagement across various department and demographic populations
You will help develop surveys and other assessment tools to gauge program effectiveness
You will participate with planning and facilitating internal and external outreach events (e.q., Employee Resource group activities, career fairs)
You will assist in developing the marketing materials across multiple platforms
As the DEI intern you will have the opportunity to assist professional staff in the design, facilitation, and assessment of policies, and program initiatives and activities aimed at effectively attracting, engaging, and retaining a talented and diverse workforce
Qualification
Required
Has the equivalent to the completion of the twelfth (12th) grade and current enrollment or a recent graduate of an accredited college, university, or educational institution with major coursework in public administration, business management, organizational development, human resources management, industrial/organizational psychology, and/or other related fields
Is solutions-focused and a creative problem-solver
Is a motivated self-starter with effective interpersonal and technical skills
Is an organized and results-driven team player
Preferred
Full-time or part-time during Spring 2026, and/or
Full-time during Summer 2026
