Qualification
Required
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with stakeholders, investors, and team members
Proven experience in sales and marketing with an entrepreneurial mindset to drive business growth
Proficiency in conducting detailed research to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and support data-driven decisions
A track record of building and managing successful teams in a leadership capacity
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferred
Familiarity with the education or technology sectors is highly desirable
MBA, CPA, or CFA designation is a plus
