Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy production-ready machine learning models through real-time API integrations, contributing to enterprise-scale AI solutions that directly impact patient care and healthcare delivery across Labcorp's global diagnostic operations
Apply cutting-edge Generative AI techniques to solve complex healthcare and business challenges, working alongside experienced data scientists to implement state-of-the-art AI capabilities that enhance diagnostic workflows and operational efficiency
Participate in the full lifecycle of AI solution delivery—from data exploration and model development to integration, testing, and monitoring—while gaining hands-on experience with enterprise-level machine learning infrastructure and best practices in a healthcare setting
Qualification
Required
Working towards postgraduate degree in Science, Mathematics, Computer Science or other related field
Has experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting
Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues
Completed coursework in machine learning, data mining, and statistical analysis, applying learned concepts in real-world scenarios
Experience in programming languages including Python, R, and SQL for data manipulation and analysis
Embraces diverse ways of thinking through various forms collaboration and partnership
Preferred
Preferred candidates are post graduate Masters or PHD students who are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program
