Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end clinical data management activities for outsourced studies
Act as the primary point of contact for CRO data management teams
Review and approve key data management deliverables (DMPs, edit checks, database locks, etc.)
Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with GCP and regulatory standards
Support clinical study reporting and regulatory submissions
Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Operations and other external partners
Contribute to process improvement and data standards as the company scales
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in clinical data management within biotech or pharma or CRO
Comfortable working in small, high-impact teams and wearing multiple hats
Strong experience managing outsourced CROs
Solid understanding of GCP, CDISC standards, and regulatory expectations
Detail-oriented, proactive, and confident operating in a pre-IPO environment
Prior oncology experience is required
