Mid, Senior LevelSwitchboard is seeking a Product Owner on behalf of Open Technology Solutions. As the CRM Product Owner, you will define business requirements, lead vendor selection, and oversee the migration from OTS’ current CRM platform to a new solution that enhances member engagement and integrates across credit union operations.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a multi‑year CRM product strategy aligned with organizational goals and desired member experience across the consortium.
Define success metrics and KPIs to measure CRM impact and drive continuous improvement.
Partner with stakeholders in multiple credit unions and OTS operations to capture business needs and pain points, translating them into clear, actionable requirements.
Lead CRM platform evaluation and selection, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and robust integration with existing and future systems.
Manage vendor relationships to support effective implementation, support, and long‑term platform success.
Maintain a prioritized CRM roadmap and establish governance for usage, data quality, and compliance.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (technology, operations, risk, and business leaders) to deliver scalable, high‑impact features and improvements
Qualification
Required
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Experience in defining business requirements and leading vendor selection
Proven track record in overseeing CRM platform migrations
Strong emphasis on stakeholder alignment and influence without direct authority
Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to develop and execute a multi-year CRM product strategy
Experience in defining success metrics and KPIs for CRM impact
Ability to partner with stakeholders to capture business needs and translate them into actionable requirements
Experience in managing vendor relationships for effective implementation and long-term success
Ability to maintain a prioritized CRM roadmap and establish governance for usage, data quality, and compliance
