Field Service Representative - Defense Sector (Norway)

Responsibilities
Leading and executing pre-sales activities, technical demonstrations, and customer training
Conducting proof-of-concept developments and field trials showcasing Nokia's advanced communications solutions
Engaging with defense organizations to understand their mission requirements and tailor Nokia's offerings to meet their operational needs
Collaborating with sales, product management, and R&D teams to ensure seamless integration of Nokia's solutions into defense environments
Gathering and understanding customer requirements and providing feedback to product management and R&D teams to support continuous improvement
Developing and delivering compelling technical presentations and solution roadmaps tailored to the defense sector
Ensuring compliance with defense industry security protocols and regulatory requirements
Acting as a trusted advisor to defense customers, translating technical capabilities into real-world mission-critical advantages
While the role will focus on certain countries it may include occasional support for other countries of the Market Unit
Qualification
Required
A strong background in defense, with experience working in or with defense agencies, military organizations, or defense contractors
Technical expertise in communication solutions, ideally 4G/LTE and 5G, secure networks, RF engineering, or satellite communications
Proven ability to conduct technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts in live or simulated defense environments
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical defense stakeholders
The ability to act as the primary contact for local/regional technical inquiries
Prior (or current) active duty or service in the armed forces
The ability to obtain a Secret level clearance
Norwegian nationality is required
