Responsibilities
Manage recruitment workload when vacancies are open
Handle finance admin and invoice follow up
Edit company Wordpress websites (we have SOPs for this)
Execute content related support tasks
Own email management and outreach execution
Conduct structured research and summaries for decision making
Build and maintain automations using Zapier, Make, N8N, Google Scripts throughtout the organisation
Maintain operational systems in Google Sheets, Airtable, and related tools
Handle ad hoc tasks from CEO and COO with clear prioritization
Proactively identify inefficiencies and propose fixes
Qualification
Required
4 years of experience
Experience in recruitment execution
Experience in managing finance admin and invoice follow up
Ability to edit company Wordpress websites
Experience in executing content related support tasks
Proficiency in email management and outreach execution
Ability to conduct structured research and summaries for decision making
Experience in building and maintaining automations using Zapier, Make, N8N, Google Scripts
Proficiency in maintaining operational systems in Google Sheets, Airtable, and related tools
Ability to handle ad hoc tasks from CEO and COO with clear prioritization
Ability to proactively identify inefficiencies and propose fixes
Strong judgment and prioritization skills
Technical fluency with automations, tracking, tooling, and AI integrations
