Recreational Facilities & Services
Responsibilities
Assist in varied areas of Golf Operations when needed such as outings, banquets, etc
Assist customers with their purchases, utilizing product knowledge
Assist in creating shop displays and appearance
Assist in receiving and pricing merchandise, and restocking the sales floor
Assist in conducting daily, weekly, and monthly physical inventories of merchandise
Attend product knowledge seminars for shop staff
Assist with planning and execution of sales promotions and printed promotional material
Assist in promoting golf activities for customers
Maintain office and work area in a professional manner
Perform other related duties, as assigned
Qualification
Required
A good working knowledge of the game of golf
Knowledge of merchandising and retailing
Excellent written and oral communication skills
General knowledge of clerical and point of sale procedures
CPR, First Aid, and AED Certification is required and if not certified, must become certified
