Senior Manager of Financial Business Partners
Nations Roof is one of the largest and fastest-growing commercial roofing contractors in the U.S., and they are seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Business Partnerships to drive financial performance through strategic analysis and business partnering. This role will be pivotal in connecting Finance, Sales, and Operations to ensure financial insights support growth and profitability.

Responsibilities
Analyze revenue trends and forecast financial performance to support strategic decision-making
Support Corporate FP&A with the preparation of internal and external financial reporting packages
Partner with Corporate FP&A to develop, implement, and expand dashboard reporting capabilities
Deliver in-depth analysis of Business Unit, Sales, and operational performance, including:
Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR)
Win-rate and conversion analysis
ROI analysis for sales initiatives, operations, and new investments
Labor utilization analysis
Backlog analysis, cost forecasting methodologies, and percentage-of-completion tracking
Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Business Unit leadership to align financial strategies with business objectives
Develop and execute a Finance Business Partnership roadmap across the organization
Drive financial accountability across Business Units and Sales teams
Establish and lead a Sales and Operations community of practice to promote standardization of processes, analytics, and financial thinking across the enterprise
Support the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts, ensuring revenue targets are realistic, data-driven, and achievable
Drive the development, adoption, and governance of the lead-to-booking process, including:
Maintaining clear process documentation
Partnering with Sales Leadership to deliver periodic training
Develop and maintain accountability metrics for Sales organization performance
Deliver data-driven quarterly sales forecasts and maintain a long-range sales forecast model
Identify opportunities to improve revenue growth and profitability through pricing strategies, cost management, and performance insights
Drive information sharing across Business Units and Sales to improve win rates and execution consistency
Partner with Sales Leadership to design, monitor, and evaluate incentive plans to ensure desired behaviors and outcomes are achieved
Assess financial and operational risks impacting revenue and profitability
Develop and communicate mitigation strategies to support revenue stability and predictable performance
Present financial insights, trends, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders
Translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable narratives for non-financial leaders
Perform other duties as required by the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A roles, ideally supporting Sales, Business Units, and Corporate Operations
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales business partnering, with strong knowledge of CRM processes and the full lead-to-booking lifecycle
Proven experience in financial modeling
Advanced to expert-level Microsoft Excel skills
Superior analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
Proven ability to influence and drive impact across multiple levels of the organization
Highly analytical problem-solver with the ability to think strategically across functions
Experience working with data cubes and extracting data from multiple systems, including ERP platforms, to support financial analysis
Preferred
Prior experience in a Private Equity–owned environment strongly preferred
Experience with construction accounting and percentage-of-completion accounting preferred, but not required
