Burlington Stores is seeking a Senior Business Analyst who will serve as a key partner between Finance/Accounting and cross-functional teams. This role is responsible for leading month-end close activities, developing accurate forecasts, and preparing detailed variance analyses.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute month-end close processes, including journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and consolidated financial review with fast-paced deadlines
Maintain financial forecasts weekly to ensure accuracy and alignment with company objectives. Develop automated reporting and scorecards to improve visibility of KPIs and variances
Oversee end-to-end budget process, acting as an interface between Finance department and internal business unit. Partner with cross-functional teams to gather input and validate assumptions to build annual budget
Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
Identify, execute, and/or support PIC initiatives. Respond to the needs of the Company by identifying and realizing additional expense/capital saving practices
Complete special projects as given by leadership

Required

Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance required
Minimum 3-5 years related Accounting/Finance – preference is 5+ yrs
