Responsibilities
Lead marketing science initiatives, including multi-touch attribution, media mix modeling, and performance measurement
Partner with agencies and internal teams to optimize marketing spend and campaign effectiveness
Develop predictive models, advanced analytics solutions, and dashboards to inform decision-making
Maintain marketing KPIs and deliver accurate, timely insights to business stakeholders
Ensure marketing data accuracy, integration, and governance in collaboration with IT and data teams
Translate data into actionable insights, recommendations, and executive-level presentations
Apply AI/ML methods and advanced statistical techniques to quantify marketing impact
Drive adoption of analytics solutions and best practices across cross-functional teams
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with SQL, Python, R, and cloud-based data platforms
Expertise in marketing analytics, including MMM, MTA, CRM analytics, loyalty, surveys, and digital channels
Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel functions (macros, Solver, pivot tables)
Deep understanding of statistical modeling, AI/ML, experimental design, and forecasting
Exceptional communication skills; able to simplify complex analytics for business and executive audiences
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, analytics, or related field
7+ years in marketing analytics, data science, or marketing performance measurement
Experience driving analytics in multi-channel marketing, including paid, owned, and earned media
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and innovation mindset
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Growth mindset, curiosity, and collaborative approach to drive actionable insights
Comfortable working in fast-paced, regulated, and hybrid environments
