RESERVATIONS / CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
JED Transportation is seeking a results-driven Call Center Representative to handle customer service duties including quotes and closing sales. The successful candidate will elevate company standards, achieve sales goals, and meet client expectations in a fun and energetic culture.

Responsibilities
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on service features
Remain knowledgeable on vehicles and discuss available options for weddings, corporate events, airport transfers, and parties
Build productive and lasting relationships with customers
Answer incoming customer inquiries via telephone and email
Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
Record customer information within our customer service database
Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies
Other duties as requested
Qualification
Required
Proficient in Microsoft Office
You are coachable, flexible and self-motivated
You can hit the ground running
Excellent communicator with professional phone skills
Think dynamically and problem solver
Must pass a background check
High school or equivalent (Required)
