Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, cold calling, email outreach, and networking
Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects across industries with high electronics turnover, including manufacturing, IT, healthcare, and education
Present customized electronics recycling and circuit board purchasing solutions, emphasizing cost savings, sustainability, and regulatory compliance
Negotiate pricing and contracts to close new business and achieve or exceed sales targets
Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline data in the CRM system
Collaborate with internal teams to support lead-generation and sales initiatives
Stay current on industry regulations, certifications (e.g., R2, e-Stewards), and market trends

Required

3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in electronics recycling, IT asset disposition, or a related field

Strong communication, negotiation, and virtual presentation skills
Self-directed with a hunter mentality and the ability to work independently in a remote role
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and virtual meeting tools
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Environmental Science, or a related field
