Responsibilities
Promote compliance and ethical behavior by collaborating with cross-functional teams and staying current on industry regulations
Support the Quality Compliance Manager in maintaining the AS9100 QMS and improving the overall compliance program
Prepare and distribute quality reports and KPIs and assist in internal and external audit processes
Manage CAPA programs, perform internal audits, and ensure timely closure of corrective actions
Oversee QA equipment qualifications, lead process improvement initiatives, and support production with FAIRs and NCR resolution
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in plant quality assurance within manufacturing, with familiarity in AS9100, AS13100, FAA, Nadcap, and regulatory audits (aerospace preferred)
Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management tools
Preferred
Associate or bachelor's degree preferred; certifications like CQA are a plus
