Responsibilities
Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Enterprise product portfolio, ensuring alignment with KCOM’s business growth objectives
Own the full product lifecycle — from concept and development through to launch, evolution, and retirement
Identify new market opportunities and translate customer and business needs into innovative, commercially viable propositions
Partner with the Commercial team to ensure pricing and propositions remain competitive, compliant, and profitable
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the business to ensure seamless delivery and a first-class customer experience
Work closely with suppliers, partners, and industry experts to enhance KCOM’s market position and product performance
Provide insight and recommendations up to C-level, using data and market intelligence to influence strategic decisions
Maintain and deliver a clear product roadmap, ensuring milestones are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction, product performance, and revenue growth
Qualification
Required
Have significant experience in product, commercial, or marketing roles within telecommunications or another technical industry
Demonstrate proven success in managing complex product portfolios and delivering strong commercial results
Bring experience from a regulated environment with a clear understanding of compliance in product and pricing
Show evidence of critical thinking and thought leadership, providing insight and robust recommendations that drive decision-making
Possess excellent stakeholder management skills — confident working with peers, partners, and senior leaders
Be highly organised, analytical, and commercially aware, with a passion for creating products that customers love
Hold a degree-level qualification in a product-related, financial, or technical discipline
Have advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
