Responsibilities

Source and qualify prospective customers for Square One Foundry
Drive both inbound and outbound customer acquisition efforts, including:
> LinkedIn outreach and direct founder engagement
> Campaigns, content, or other inbound initiatives
> Identifying and pursuing partnership or referral opportunities
Initiate conversations with founders, operators, and small teams who could benefit from engineering and product development support
Collaborate with the founding team to refine positioning, messaging, and customer acquisition approach
Maintain a lightweight pipeline of leads and opportunities

Required

2+ years of marketing experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to source or generate leads
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable operating independently and proactively

Prior startup, agency, or consulting background
Familiarity with technical, engineering, or product-driven businesses
