Responsibilities
Align product strategy with business goals, identifying opportunities for process improvements and new technology capabilities
Build strong partnerships with HR, Finance, Legal, and other corporate teams to gather requirements and support long-term planning
Lead the full product lifecycle, from ideation and prioritization to launch, iteration, and continuous improvement
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage timelines to ensure successful delivery of product milestones
Apply agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and iterative development
Monitor industry and technology trends to recommend enhancements that maximize usability and business value
Maintain clear, accurate product documentation for internal teams and end users
Partner with both internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and deliver high-quality outcomes
Track and optimize product KPIs, such as adoption, satisfaction, value delivery, ROI, time-to-market, and product alignment with business strategy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred)
4+ years of experience in product management or technology management roles
Strong experience with product lifecycle management and market/competitive analysis
Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
Hands-on experience with agile processes and tools
Preferred
Experience supporting corporate functions (HR, Finance, Legal)
Background in user-centered design or process optimization
Familiarity with vendor and supplier management
Knowledge of KPI frameworks and value measurement
