Senior Business Account Executive
SoTalent is seeking a Senior Business Account Executive to drive new business acquisition within the small and mid-sized business (SMB) segment. This role focuses on selling advanced connectivity and communications solutions while managing a defined territory and exceeding revenue and quality targets through a customer-first sales approach.

Responsibilities
Acquire new SMB customers across Internet, Data, Voice, and Video solutions
Sell advanced communications offerings including Hosted PBX, PRI, and multi-location solutions
Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan
Generate leads through cold calling, canvassing, referrals, and partner relationships
Deliver face-to-face sales presentations tailored to client needs
Promote bundled solutions to deliver optimal value to customers
Maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed quota
Track sales activity and maintain accurate CRM and reporting
Collaborate with technical and customer support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction
Monitor competitive landscape and emerging technologies
Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer experience
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in telecom, technology, or connectivity solutions
Proven success selling to small and mid-sized businesses
Strong consultative selling and territory management skills
Ability to identify business communication challenges and propose effective solutions
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
High resilience, self-motivation, and results orientation
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
