Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of traditional labor law experience
Client counseling on labor relations and law
Research and writing projects
Grievance arbitration
Collective bargaining and union campaigns
Experience with matters before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB)
Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar or eligible for admission
Strong academic credentials
