Responsibilities
Entity Orchestration: Synchronize the financial reporting and consolidation for a complex portfolio of crypto-native and traditional finance businesses
Regulatory Shield: Act as the lead navigator for all external audits and regulatory inquiries, maintaining gold-standard relationships with state and federal authorities
Workflow Optimization: Modernize finance tech stack and internal controls to drive efficiency and eliminate manual friction
Strategic Close: Own the parent-level consolidation process, ensuring reporting is not only accurate but provides a clear narrative for global headquarters
People Growth: Manage and inspire a team of accounting and FP&A specialists, building a high-performance culture that values professional development
Operational Connectivity: Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate financial strategy into the DNA of the company’s broader projects
Qualification
Required
8+ years of deep-bench experience in the brokerage, futures, or cryptocurrency space
Comprehensive knowledge of the mechanics behind equities, futures, and digital assets
You understand how sub-ledgers and interrelated systems feed into the main accounting reporting system and how to fix them when they don't
Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team and influence stakeholders at the HQ level
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Finance/Accounting/Economics) is advantageous
