The Electrical Embedded Product Trainer 2 role involves planning, developing, and coordinating in-house product training programs for field support personnel and customers, as well as conducting training sessions and evaluating their effectiveness.

Provide training on the job
Mentor workers on the skills and qualifications necessary to perform work
Support employees in successfully transferring their formal training to the job
Perform training validations to ensure training effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and 3 years of exempt experience; Master's degree and 1 year of exempt experience
NNS Apprentice School graduate
High school and 5 years combined manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades, military experience or other relevant non-exempt experience
Graduation from Navy Nuclear Power School
3 years of relevant manufacturing, shipbuilding, trade and/or military experience
Preferred
Strong X31 production trade skills and training background
Good fundamental administrative and organizational abilities, including MS Office products
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Has sound critical thinking, assessment and facilitation skills
Sound knowledge of NNS product line
