Responsibilities
Oversees the building process for Architectural Review Board compliance
Monitors all construction activity by conducting regular field inspections of all homes and reports findings to ARB Administrator
Takes phots and videos of all construction projects and store those files in the ARB database
Coordinates and performs stakeout reviews and compliance inspections on all residential projects
Assists in enforcing Contractors’ Rules and Regulations
Performs field reviews for ARB compliance on any landscape improvements to existing and new homes
Meets with property owners and contractors to discuss possible home and landscape improvements
Reviews and approves tree removal per the ARB guidelines for all property owners
Performs field reviews to coordinate the location of satellite dish installations
Performs job responsibilities and operates equipment according to the company safety and training programs
Reports safety or hazard concerns to management
Reports any on the job injury to management
Takes personal responsibility for safety every day
Qualification
Required
Good communication and public relations skills
Must have conflict resolution experience
Ability to drive company vehicle and walk varying slopes in order to perform site inspections
Must be able to work in varying weather conditions, from extreme heat to cold based on the season
Valid GA driver's license with a good driving record
Must have, or be able to obtain, Part 107 drone certification and operate a drone to collect photos and videos
Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office
Ability to obtain Level 1A NPDES Certification
Ability to use a cell phone, laptop computer, tablet, scanner and other electronic devices
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Ability to read (or learn to read) architectural and engineering plans
Preferred
Understanding construction scheduling is desired
