Responsibilities
Lead commercialization strategy and launch activities for a new clinical procedure across European markets
Drive procedural adoption through surgeon engagement and clinical partnership
Develop and deliver clinical education and training initiatives to support sustained uptake
Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and early adopters
Translate clinical value into clear and compelling messaging for clinical and commercial audiences
Collaborate cross functionally with sales, marketing, and clinical teams to ensure aligned execution
Track market trends, competitive activity, and evolving clinical practice to inform strategy
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in clinical marketing, product management, or related roles within medical technology or healthcare
Demonstrated involvement in launching or scaling new medical devices, technologies, or procedures
Strong clinical exposure in areas such as women's health, minimally invasive procedures, imaging, or adjacent surgical technologies
Ability to operate effectively in complex, fast evolving environments and engage senior clinical stakeholders
Preferred
Experience working across European healthcare markets
