Responsibilities
Define and execute product vision and strategy, aligning with company objectives and market trends while translating it into a clear, actionable roadmap
Make data-driven prioritization decisions balancing customer value, revenue impact, and platform direction
Drive research initiatives to uncover market trends, inform solution positioning, and identify high-value opportunities
Collaborate with key customers, executive stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to validate strategy and solve critical business challenges
Ensure operational excellence across product processes, metrics, and delivery, fostering consistency and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical and data-driven skills
Understanding of strategic initiatives that drive business value
Ability to define and execute product vision and strategy
Experience in aligning product strategy with company objectives and market trends
Ability to translate product vision into a clear, actionable roadmap
Experience in making data-driven prioritization decisions
Ability to balance customer value, revenue impact, and platform direction
Experience in driving research initiatives to uncover market trends
Ability to inform solution positioning and identify high-value opportunities
Experience collaborating with key customers, executive stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
Impeccable communication and presentation skills
Experience ensuring operational excellence across product processes, metrics, and delivery

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
