Responsibilities
Draft, schedule, and publish platform-appropriate copy for Director and NSF accounts, including live event coverage
Collect multimedia, curate hashtags/handles, and coordinate with host agencies' social teams for event coverage
Monitor social trends during events and advise leadership on emergent issues
Produce brief post-event summaries and coordinate with metrics analysts to produce engagement reports
Ensure all content follows Plain Language and clearance protocols
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Digital Media, or equivalent experience
3–5 years social media management, content creation, and analytics experience
Strong writing/editing, familiarity with major platforms' best practices, and experience coordinating live coverage
Preferred
Experience managing executive-level social accounts and working with agency leadership
Familiarity with social listening and scheduling tools
