Contract Support Assistant (Mid)
Kaizen Approach, Inc. is currently seeking a Contract Support Assistant (Mid) to provide comprehensive administrative and acquisition support to contracting teams within the Office of the Procurement Executive. In this position, you’ll play a critical role in supporting contract documentation, modification tracking, data entry, and reporting tasks within the Sponsor’s secure systems.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and acquisition support to contracting teams within the Office of the Procurement Executive
Support contract documentation, modification tracking, data entry, and reporting tasks within the Sponsor’s secure systems
Independently manage priorities, maintain detailed contract files, and ensure all administrative processes align with Sponsor policies and FAR guidelines
Qualification
Required
Must possess strong communication and organizational skills and demonstrate attention to detail
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
Must have five (5) years of work experience with Microsoft Office tools
Must have five (5) years of administrative support experience, including correspondence, scheduling, and filing
Must have three (3) years of experience in contracts, office administration, finance, or program administration
Must have at least three (3) years of experience with contract administration to qualify as a Mid-level CSA
High school diploma or equivalent required
Active TS/SCI with ISSA clearance required
