Responsibilities

Assist the Human Resources Department with Interviews and New Hire Orientation
Help translate Spanish/English conversations for a wide range of topics including Healthcare, Benefits, Policies, and Procedures
Facilitate effective communication between two parties that do not speak a similar language by converting one spoken or written language to another
Attend conferences and meetings and act as official translator to mediate discussion
Relay concepts and ideas between languages
Convert written materials from one language into another, such as documents, tracking sheets, etc

Qualification

Fluent in EnglishSpanishTranslation skillsMicrosoft applicationsProfessionalismAttention to detail

Required

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); at least three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must be fluent in English and Spanish
Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems
Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Valid government-issued Driver's License is required to be maintained at all times
