Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic communications partner to executive leadership, shaping messaging and engagement strategies that inspire and align employees with business priorities
Lead all executive communications, including speeches, town halls, videos, emails, and articles, ensuring clarity, consistency and impact
Design and implement internal communication strategies and executive messaging that reinforce corporate goals and values
Develop thought leadership narratives, messaging frameworks and briefing materials that position executives as trusted voices internally and externally
Craft compelling content and storytelling that fosters employee engagement and connection
Translate complex business priorities into clear, actionable communication strategies and messages
Build strong relationships across the organization to connect ideas and information
Leverage data and analytics to measure effectiveness, identify trends and continuously improve communication strategies
Support broader internal communications initiatives, including crisis communications, as needed

Required

Proven success leading enterprise-wide executive communications efforts
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver messages that resonate
Strong influencing skills and the ability to build trust with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, navigate ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities
Commitment to staying current on best practices in communication, employee engagement and executive thought leadership
For a Level 1 (Associate), a minimum of no previous years of experience to two years related experience is required (if no degree, four-six years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling four-six years)
For a Level 2 (Journey), a minimum of two years of experience to four years related experience is required (if no degree, six-eight years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling six-eight years)
For a Level 3 (Senior), a minimum of five years of related experience is required (if no degree, nine years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling nine years)
A bachelor's degree relevant to the assignment from an accredited institution is preferred
All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
