Responsibilities

Serving as a trusted advisor and knowledgeable resource for both buyers and sellers of luxury watches, possessing a deep and comprehensive understanding of luxury watch brands, models, market trends, and pricing dynamics
You will be skillfully facilitating the negotiation process between buyers and sellers, ensuring a mutually beneficial outcome and a smooth transaction experience
You will be managing leads by meticulously tracking customer interactions, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records within the CRM system
You'll be proactively developing and executing strategies to identify and engage potential buyers and sellers of high-value watches, building and nurturing relationships with discerning collectors
With our team being part of the Private Office unit that handles the most exclusive client relationships and watches, you will also be working together with our Watch Advisory teams on complex global transactions delivering a first in class customer experience

Required

Deep and comprehensive understanding of luxury watch brands, models, market trends, and pricing dynamics

Ability to build and nurture relationships with discerning collectors
Experience working in a Private Office environment and collaborating with Watch Advisory teams on complex global transactions
Exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism when handling ultra-high-value watches and confidential client relationships
