The Junior Accountant will support finance and accounting operations through various tasks, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.
Environmental Services
Responsibilities
Prepare weekly performance reports for multiple business entities
Work closely with senior accountants and finance leadership
Record journal entries and assist with monthly close processes
Complete monthly financial reporting and bank reconciliations
Work on inventory tracking and cost trending analysis
Support special accounting projects and initiatives as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong organizational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Preferred
Experience with accounting software is a plus
