VP of Sales - North America
CSG Talent is a well-established manufacturer of high-performance consumables used in mining machinery. They are seeking a Vice President of Sales for North America to lead revenue growth, sales strategy, and team leadership across the region.
Responsibilities
Own and execute the North American sales strategy to drive profitable growth
Lead, mentor, and expand a regional sales team, including key account managers and distributors
Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with major mining operators, EPCs, and OEM partners
Identify new market opportunities, product applications, and strategic partnerships
Work closely with operations, engineering, and product teams to align customer needs with manufacturing capabilities
Forecast sales performance, manage budgets, and report accurately to executive leadership
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer sites
Qualification
Required
Senior sales leadership experience within mining, heavy equipment, or industrial consumables
Strong understanding of the North American mining market (surface and/or underground)
Demonstrated success scaling sales teams and growing market share
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach
Comfortable with complex, long-cycle sales and technical products
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel extensively across North America
